Where did that week go....

I am so tired tonight, it has been a very long week, just a blur. 

So much for a week up at the vineyard, and it is Friday night and we have decided to stay down tonight. Frankly I am too tired to drive home (to the farm) tonight.

Today was another big one ending up back in BH. Now those with good memories will know that I was given a lecture on privacy and not to mention names and things. I am really thrilled to say, I have now got permission to name Nurse J. It is Jak!! She is a ripper, and we have spent many hours chatting over recent weeks. 

Well this afternoon it was back to BH (Burnside Hospital- see letting all the cats out of the bag tonight), and I ended up hooked up again. Basically I couldn't even sip water this morning. My temperature is back up again and hovering on the borderline of being admitted to hospital, 37.9!!! (38 is trigger). 

It has just been an exhausting week, I hope I have bottomed out now. My mouth is finally settling down again, that is a sensational step, and very exciting.

I haven't eaten anything at all today, and I need to. The thought of a feeding tube is motivation enough to really get focussed and get on top of this phase of the journey. 

So, this weekend is about getting some body function back, yeah like eating and drinking to start with. 

I'll do a weekend wrap, but that's it folks for tonight. 

Tomorrow is another day, and I have got through the week, you ripper. 

For the footy fans out there, a Power Win would make a massive difference...so I will definitely be sitting in front of the Tele to hopefully enjoy a great game tomorrow night.
