Friends arrive from Hong Kong...
Amazing what a bit of sickness can do, long time friends the Bettridges flew in today to catch up, now I reckon that is pretty damn nice.
We always have had a relaxed and direct friendship, and after so many years they return to spend the weekend with us. It has been so good to share stories and just catch up this afternoon.
Sylvia and the girls are flying the flag for Toop&Toop at the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, they looked just magnificent all dressed up as they headed off tonight.
A few more quiet days and next week all the medical appointments ramp up again.
So lots of protein, a fattening up week.
